August 21Aug 21 Author Working on some of the smaller details of the kits now. First up is the cowl guns on the ZM kit.After painting, they were installed on the fuselage. The canopy was painted and installed too. The sliding bit was painted as well. I did the Revell one at the same time.
August 24Aug 24 Author Thanks Martin! I won't glue the cowl in place so that it's removable. Most likely won't open it up too often though.I might do another one all opened up but we'll see.

Monday at 09:39 PM5 days Author We were off camping last week so this is the first time I've been at the bench in a while. To make up for that, I decided to add more than just a couple pieces. 😁Staring with the wheels are now on both kits. The ZM one got the kit ones while I used a set of Barracudacast ones on the Revell. I added the wing guns to the ZM as well. These are from a Master set. Next up are the shoulder belts. Hopefully I got these in the right spot this time. My cousin is visiting from Taiwan so it may be a while before I can add the next couple of bits.
Wednesday at 07:59 PM3 days Author I grabbed a quick trip to the bench and got the props painted. I then noticed that the prop shaft for the Revell kit should have been installed in the engine.
