June 13Jun 13 This is apparently on pre-order for Eduard's E-day. Squadron is also showing it as a pre-order, $165.I'm assuming that Eduard will have them at IPMS-USA NATS in August where I'm planning on picking one up.
June 13Jun 13 I see a lot of chatter about the price. I myself think it's fair though if you see the details you get.

June 13Jun 13 Back in the day, I had the Trumpeter release along with just about all the AM available to fix many of its errors- Aires, Quickboost, Eduard and all the stuff Jerry Rutman made for it. Probably spent as much financially to collect it all. Yet it was not enough to fix everything. Here's hoping that the Eduard kit doesn't need anything OOB and builds as nicely as it looks. Like @David Enders , I'll almost certainly wait until they're available locally. Carl

I put everything in the same box, shook the box vigorously, whilst uttering a complex series of jinxes … I must have misspelled some jinx, as I did not get the famous « shake and bake » result. So, I have kept the Halberd conversion, given away the P-51 D kit, and stored the Trumpeter P-51 B properly. I.e. vertically 🙄Hubert

August 1Aug 1 Author Squadron says mine has shipped. 😁 It will probably arrive while I'm at NATS next week.
