July 16Jul 16 You Wingnut Wing fans you know the SE5 was in the first batch of kits they release way back when. I've had this in my stash for a really long time and I have been on a WW1 kick for a bit now. While the oils cure out on the Dr1 my attention has been diverted to an Allied aircraft for a change.Base coats and some test fitting. Ends up here. That's the HGW seatbelts, frankly it looks oversized but they stay. I'm using the fuselage that has the crinkled fabric, I tried to replcate some of the fabric fold inside the cockpit, maybe once I get it buttoned up it won't look so lame.
July 19Jul 19 Author Got the engine built up, it begs for a lot more detail but i'm not sure I'm in the mood for that. The fit is a bit fussy, not sure what's going on but maybe I need to get the other panels in play to make sure things are squared up.
