May 3May 3 I completed this model this year and tried to build it in exactly the way it was found by the US Army at the end of the war near Munich at Oberammergau, which is now pretty much intact and serves as a NATO training school.Pete Hamann (the 3d designer of this kit) helped me a lot with 3d designed the open panels on the wings. This plane did not have wing panels when it was found. It also did not have weapons, no gunsight etc. I used 1manarmy masks and a resin after market FWP Jumo004 engine.The bomb lift that was holding up and supporting the tail was totally 3d drawn and printed. Keep an eye out for several 3d files that I will offer for download in the new 3d model download section.The figure is Ai generated and depicts Willy Messerschmitt in his typical stance.
