I was breaking off details as the thing has become increasingly difficult to manipulate on my relatively shallow bench.I decided to call Carl for a therapy session and he was able to save the day with some positive attitude. Or just being a friend. Good friends are everything.
June 7Jun 7 Martin, as always I'm glad we talked. I should have done the same thing and spoke to someone before I ditched my B-25s a few years ago. I regret that a bit from time to time and I think the kits know it as I'm always finding leftovers from the builds around the bench. Now go find a legendary shield in Borderlands2! 😆Carl

June 13Jun 13 HD Models' Polsten 20mm AA gun. I bought this to mount on a British LVT-4 kit in the stash. It's nicely done but there are no instructions for assembly. The box says to go to their website and download them but I couldn't find them anywhere on it. Took a bit of effort to figure out what goes where but I got it sorted in the end. Now to build the LVT at some point.

June 16Jun 16 Damned if I knew, what will be on my bench next. Two of the more potential candidates are the:Williams FW16 from MFH in 1/43 madness. I started to get a grip for the kit and cleaned up some body parts, but this is crazy. Not alone the number of parts in this scale, but the paintjob as well. I have two other kits of the FW16, one 1/20 Fujimi kit with some extras and the mighty limited edition 1/12 version from MFH with a resin figure of Ayrton Senna included. The triple should be presented together one day.The other option would be on the opposite side of the scale, the mighty Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 roadster in 1/12 scale.I need to get rid of large boxes, so I even consider to build an Italeri kit. I have spoked wheels and resin rivets from Unobtanium as extras and plan to build the Alfa as a used car, not shiny new, but in good condition, something new for me.The next days will show....Cheers Rob

June 21Jun 21 Too big for the bench so I helped my son start to put together the 1/1 Pokemon he 3D printed. It took almost 4kg of filament and he had to slice it into 11 parts to fit on our printer. Next step is to start filling the gaps, then some primer I guess.

June 22Jun 22 I used the Unobtainium wheels on my build.Be aware they now do drilled bolts for lockwires https://unobtainium.digital/shop.html#!/products/alfa-romeo-8c-2300-monza-wire-lock-bolts-kitYou can see them here on my rad cover but they also run all along the chassis rails etc
