We all have other interest many that will cross lanes with other post them here.I have developed in the last few years growing fruit in my backyard mainly I have 2-Sanat Rosa Plums 2-Apple trees Golden and Ein Shemer 2-orange trees Red navel and Honeybell 2- Lemon Trees 2-Peach trees and 2-Necatrine Desert and White Artic.The berry bushes include 6- blueberry 3-mature 4-blackberry 2-boysenberry and 3-patches of raspberry.I still have in pots 6 more Honeybells grown from seeds in pots which 3 wil

Posted the start of this on the old forum, before it went down. The intention was see if this kit could be made into a working RC tank. All while trying to retain as much as the kit as possible. I first investigated whether a propitiatory lower hull could be used, but this would not have been correct, so was dismissed. This would have been an easy solution, but why make life easier? I assembled the hull as per the instructions, after installing bearings for the suspension. Inner and outer b

My first build here :-) lets see how it goes. This is a Matra Simca F1 car from 1968. The usual mix of plastic and white metal from MFH. My first problem here is finding reference pictures because MFH has produced an MS11 chassis with a MS9 engine which is correct but nearly all surviving cars seem to have an MS12 engine as above. Anyway thats a detail but it does mean that i will have to guess some details, not least engine colour. This is a strange choice from MFH here but it should be not

This build really was a looong journey. Most time went into researching the Rolls Royce Peregrine engines. Not much is known in terms of reference. Lots of help came from Gunnar Olsen who provided knowledge almost every step of the way. Making the flaps drop was another huge challenge. I opened the radio compartment, which in turn was a project in itself. And so on. No decals used. Lots of 3d designed and printed parts. Right down to the Norton bike, which is so delicate it printed about 20 of t

I completed this model this year and tried to build it in exactly the way it was found by the US Army at the end of the war near Munich at Oberammergau, which is now pretty much intact and serves as a NATO training school. Pete Hamann (the 3d designer of this kit) helped me a lot with 3d designed the open panels on the wings. This plane did not have wing panels when it was found. It also did not have weapons, no gunsight etc. I used 1manarmy masks and a resin after market FWP Jumo004 engine. The

Found this site. Looks promising😀 https://doogsstudios.com/ I ordered a set of T-41 tracks. ( EBAY) Will post photos when I get them. They offer a good variety of tracks for the Sherman and even the Stuart. Worth a look, I think.

This is my in progress build. I started painting the green blotches this morning using a mix of craft paint. The kit instruction are being used as a guide because it's a pretty good match to photos of the real plane. Gary S.

Time to resurrect this build now the Mk-24 is complete going to be photo heavy guys and using an outside server for pics since they are stored there in order methinks should be.👍 The START of some AM🙃 The porthole were all drilled and exterior ladders installed these were 1/350 for IJN in that scale measure 24" across 18" in 1/200 and KM were narrow by pics. After finishing my Unicorn Gundam, I chose to continue with another Japanese super kit. The started log was lost in the gone forum and I will continue here. The BT52b was a successful design, winning the world championship drivers title with Nelson Piquet in 1983. It was the turbo era and the BT52b was the most powerful of all formula One cars until today and could generate up to 1500 horsepower in qualification mode. That came with a price, making the car difficult to drive with it´s turbo lag.

Small update on this. I was unhappy with the gun elevation, as it did not have the elevation, and depression I required. It was also very jerky, and not at all smooth. So I ripped it apart and replaced it.

One thing, kit manufacturers do not allow for, when making static kits, is how often the upper hull needs to be removed for maintenance, cleaning, and battery charging, if you decide to make one radio controlled. They are so inconsiderate. This was having a detrimental effect on the crew access steps, and four out of the five, had broken off.
A small jig was made, and four steps were made. These were soldered up, with liquid solder, and a small gas torch, and are now able to now swing like the original. These just need cleaning up, and then attaching with the large flats on the hinges.

Yes i had part missing in the Brough superior i built as well.
The issue with the MS11 here is (i think) they produce it in 4 versions so they start with a box of generic kit parts, then add parts for different versions. All the parts missing in my model were version D parts.. Its something they need to sort, their replacement parts service is excellent but the more people i talk to the more say this is quite common. It does take the shine out of buying very expensive models.
